At first, when you tell your gf about PE she might be supportive. But once you start gaining and you accidentally look at another lady, your relationship will start shaking. She will start thinking that you are about embarking on a cheating spree. That's where some of the penis envy comes from

The same goes with developing your body, or getting a higher education, or a better job, or anything to better yourself...

If you really want to tell your partner, do so. Live with whatever consequences follow. Communication is most important, and if problems arise from being honest about this, then its something that would have manifested itself further down the road.
