First of all, i would like to say, that you have very supportive community and very good forum.
I started 19 days ago with a routine that is close to the DLD newbies routine. I am doing 7 days on and no days off, stretching and jelquing.
Well to the questions ... i am doing the stretching like so - 5 mins in front, 5 mins left, 5 mins right, 5 mins BTC, 5 mins up and finally 1 minute good front stretch. Before i change the direction i twirl the penis around 30 seconds for good blood circulation. I have red the DLD routine and I am wondering, how do you guys do the exact timing, are you watching the cloak all the time, becouse I like doing other things while Penis Enlargement'ing (you know - watching TV, reading a book). Is this 5 minutes every direction good ? What do you suggest - following exactly 30 seconds or doing the stretching a fixed amount of time ? I must say that I stretch very hard, and after that I feel very stretched so to say.
Also after the stretching I am doing around 20 mins or more jelquing (10 mins for the first week, 15 for the second and 20 or more after the second week). I am wondering, is the best efect only when you jelque right after you were stretching or I can break the training throughout the day ? Becouse like the other people I too have a privacy issue (very annoying).
