TOWs DO NOT stretch ligs.
They stretch the External Tunicae [Penis tissue in common terms].
Skin stretch is a big issue with them, but its needed as when the external penis grows so does the skin. Lig burns are usually a dull sharp needle-like 'pain' - Discomfort. If you do a RK [Reverse Kegel] while stretching the ligs you'll notice this more, as you are getting maximum stretch. Tunicae, internal feels abit like your Anus is clenching like your holding a shit, or when you kegel. Your pulling the internal penis outwards, and its usually angles that are in the 12 O'Clock region which accomplish this. The External tunicae is a different feeling. Its like when you work your bicep IMHO, you actually feel a very slight feeling in the penile chambers from where you were stretching. If you do constricted erect bends to the left and right, you'll see what I mean. Touch the area afterwards e.g squeeze and you'll feel what I'm describing. Skin stretch is like a sudden pain, which burns ALOT and wont go away. You can usually see dry skin in the area afterwards, it flakes. The skin pain is SIMILER to the lig pain, but the ligs are more defined......its VERY HARD to explain, but you'll know it when you do it because when you RK on lig stretches the burn becomes more intense, while if the same was done on a skin stretch it wouldnt really change.
