I have a few Q's for stretching. I've been stretching for a while and I haven't really been putting much force until recently. But my grip isn't so great so I use toilet paper or a sock to hold a better grip. However, it does my glands feel very uncomfortable. I have tried baby powder, but still no dice. I was just wondering if my technique is hurting my progress in anyway. Any and all feedback would be wonderful! Happy gaining!
