Stretching and gains

I don't have the privacy to hang or use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], so I just started doing a little stretching. I am basically stretching in the shower in the mornings, 5 sets of about 30 seconds each, and also in the afternoon with the same routine. I know this is limited, but is it possible to gain from this rountine, or am I wasting my time. I am only looking to gain about 1".

My best gains in stretching would come when I would really feel the stretch working and listen to my body, and usually after a long break (deconditioning period). During these times I would stretch about 5-7 minutes in a day, and would see 1/4" in length gains in a couple weeks time. I think it's about really feeling the stretch and knowing which exercises work the best for you, and then not overdoing it. So yes, I think you can gain that inch if you learn what works for you the most, but it may require a little more time spent.

Tiodm69 - Rome wasn't built in a day dude, Rustyg is right. Most people here have spent years working on their members. I know it might seem like time is limited, but you will either make time for it, or make excuses. Now you tell me how important Penis Enlargement is to you, that extra inch? or the 6 o'clock news?
