Which stretches provide the most output force with the least amount of input? I feel like i'm not strong enough to get real gains from regular outwards stretches
 
All stretches can be very intense due to how much strength you put into it. I would suggest doing multiple angles of stretching as seen in the BASIC STRETCHING portion of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]. These are where many of us start and make good initial gains.

Yeah, the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] can really increase the intensity by much more than you could ever accomplish with your hands.

i did the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] without making any gains. that's what made me realize i'm probably not strong enough
