I used to grip right behind my head. The OK grip. It caused some nerve damage or numbing. I was pretty intense in my work outs.

Now I am gripping the head itself and it seems like I'm gaining something from the shaft right behind the head. Anyone else doing this?
 
Interesting. The corpus spongiosum may be one of the true limiting factors in erectile length. Seeing as it acts like a cap or "end" which the corpus cavernosum fits into or "behind" at the end focusing upon stetching upon cs may be the way to go. While the cs is designed to stay soft during erection, its elasticity and length cannot be surpassed by the cc. You might be onto something the Admiral....keep the pe world up to date with anything that you find. :D

I wondered whether all of the work that we do focused too much upon the cc when the structure seems to show that it is the cs's length and elasticity which dictates the limit upon the length of the cc. (And thus the overall length of the penis) Very interesting indeed Admiral.

Duh, I didn't really answer your OP question. No I haven't actually done that yet, focus upon stretching just the corpus spongiosum, for any length of time, because my glans is still too sensitive. I can't grip just the glans hard enough yet to get a good stretch. However, I really like the premise there of the focus upon the cs rather than a precarious, rather "slippery", grip upon the cc. Hell, the only way that I can get a significant grip upon the cc anyway is to really make a "balloon" of blood at the end of the cc to use as a handle, and even that is not really adequate in real terms. I will experiment with "toughening" up my glans, because I would really like to give this idea a chance to see how intense a stretch that it can generate.

I was concerned about the amount of ballooning by forcing blood into the head. initially it wasn't a problem but I've been doing Pe for a long time now and I am worried about nerve damage. I tend to jelq semi flaccid so as not to do repeated head expansion. Sure I want a bigger head, who doesn't, but repeatedly slamming it full of blood has got to do some capillary damage.

I had tried gripping the head years ago and I must admit it seemed to hurt too much. Now I've gotten a better idea of how to do it. It's sort of a OK grip half way up the head just past the rim of it. i don't try to squeeze too hard.

So I start with a mild grip and tighten as I slowly and gently pull into my stretch. I try to hold my stretches as long as possible. Even a minute or two at slightly less tug than my old days of pulling so hard it was like trying to rip my dick off.

As to your other comments about new ideas. I think you can look up my Admiral lig stretches, or admirals. Whale came up with a variation on that that sounds good too. he he he whales and admirals; sounds like Moby Dick to me! tee hee
