Streching, Pumping, Jelqing after eiaculation

Today i can't make my usual routine coz 1 hour ago i had sex. I'm asking myself why i can't do my routine and if maybe it would be better to have a tired penis to do the routine. So my question is if someone tried to do his routine after eiaculation, if i'm not wrong DLD did that but i didn't see his report.

whenever i go during a girth workout and im not finished i always put on the pump after i ejaculate.. I dont know if it does anything but in my mind it does...

I think it is better to relax after sex. let your penis relax
