No, I am not starting my own Penis Enlargement pay site! LOL, just coming up with some things I thought the rest of you might like to try. Heres a tunicae stretch I have been playing with for a couple weeks. You set it up like you would a bundled stretch, then with the "Ok" grip in place, pull forward. Then, here's the tunicae stretch part....you rotate your gripping hand so the bottom of your hand is facing the floor, thumb upward. Look at the pics to get a better idea. After rotating your grip...keep trying to rotate it in the same direction...... (if you were holding an ice pick the spike would be pointing back toward your ass between the cheeks) and now, pull that hand upward. Your thumb will be the lever or 'fulcrum' that will help apply the resistance to the tunicae. As pictured in the last pic, you can use your other free hand to add to the grip pressure and to pull up more and put more pressure on the tunicae. Give it a go guys! Let me know what you think!! By the way, you switch grips as you would with any other stretch.

Naw, I dont like to shave. Beard trimmer is all I do and need.
 
Very nice Still. I just gave it a try. I will work it into tomorrows workout with some baby powder, I'm slipping to much now. (fucking sweaty ass cock:p ) I like your side burns they kind of remind me of me;)
 
Yea sometimes I get these weird cravings for milkshakes and peanut butter/bananna sandwhiches.
 
Well, each one of my stretching sessions lasts 20-30 minutes. I alternate between my lig stretch and my tunicae stretch every few minutes. Use your imagination ;)
 
Nice pics. I've been doing something similar myself. I always find that I get a better grip and overall better stretch when I turn my gripping hand 90 degrees. Think about how you would grip a rope in order for your hand not to slip. You wouldn't hold it straight on, you would twist it 90 degrees or more. The way that I do it is : start with my gripping hand in an Ok grip with my small finger nearest my abdomen. Then, when gripping my penis, I turn my hand 90 degrees so that my elbow moves away from my body (it is very important to move the elbow away), and my knuckles are (very nearly) parallel to my abdomen. For the right hand it would be anti-clockwise. Then I grip with my whole hand and pull away leading with my elbow. It is important to keep your arm straight and not to bend your wrist, in order to keep the strength of your arm. This stretch pulls out to the side a bit so I do it on both sides i.e. with both hands. It is also Quite important to twist your torso to go with the stretch. Think of twisting away from where your elbow is going. The concept can be applyed to any stretch i.e. downward. To do this whilst doing a downward stretch: grab your penis with a reverse ok grip. Turn your hand 90 degrees so that your fist is pointing down, as it would if you were going to punch the floor. Then push down as hard as you can.

whats the A-stretches? I probably know anyway, but i don't know specifically know that whichever stretches they are are called that
fill me in.
