Hi, Brotherhood, long time no see. I hope to start again with the stretching i used to do. Lately i started working out and found i get the best grip for stretching i ever had, i think it has to do with doing calisthenics. I dont know if it would be okay to share this link but this is a great routine kb/recommended_routine - bodyweightfitness (btw, maybe we need a Rddt for MOS) and also a great community, you would only need a pullup bar and some rings. After i workout i feel a urge to stretch i never had. Working out also helps to avoid masturbation, this was a problem i had before, i only workout 3 times a week and it helps a lot.
I hope it's not a vague update, im just trying to spread positivity in those issues. I might get some improvements from starting to stretch regularly and in that case i will update them here.
