Im a month into phase two in dlds program and i wanted to add a lil mor eintensity already doing The Blasters witch takes me about 45 minutes to an hour to finish i wanted to add one of these to my routine I tryed the footlong strectches and reaaly felt the streche i even had a lig pop witch im not sure if thats good or bad but it was kinda motivatinal for me for some reason and have to admit never realy gave the sock streche a full try kinda got fustrated with it and diddnt give it a 100 percent so my question to you guys is witch excersise do you think would better to add the footlong or the sock can only add one witch one would give me better results mind you ill be doing this after the blasters
