Sock Stretches Vs. FootLong Stretches

Im a month into phase two in dlds program and i wanted to add a lil mor eintensity already doing The Blasters witch takes me about 45 minutes to an hour to finish i wanted to add one of these to my routine I tryed the footlong strectches and reaaly felt the streche i even had a lig pop witch im not sure if thats good or bad but it was kinda motivatinal for me for some reason and have to admit never realy gave the sock streche a full try kinda got fustrated with it and diddnt give it a 100 percent so my question to you guys is witch excersise do you think would better to add the footlong or the sock can only add one witch one would give me better results mind you ill be doing this after the blasters
 
You could really help yourself to get an answer to your question by posting something readable. Please learn to use proper capitalization, punctuation and spell checking. There are many people here who do not use English as a first language and it makes it even harder for them to understand when you post one monster, run on sentence with dozens of typos.

To try and answer what I think you're asking: You'll have to experiment with both to see what works best for you. However, if you're going to continue the approach of doing one correctly and one less than a 100%, which one do think is going to do more?

Im for footlong, many reasons for that, but you must decide for your self. You can educate your self about footlong, just find it on forum, then try to apply it way you see it should go, since i couldn' t find any video, anyway it's very simple effective its very brutal on ligs, you can do it while you wearing some big pants or shorts. Things to be aware off, i was doin footlongs in my past Penis Enlargement and im doing it now to gain new size and never had any problems, no ligs pop no bleeding just some skin issue, but thats fine now. You have to be very sensitive in a way you pull your penis down, remeber you want to feel ligs burning not injure yourself since this is max pressure you wanna be sure you pull your penis in right way, anyway you must teach your self this. Once you train your self this exercise might prove to be one of the best ever for Penis Enlargement...it is for me anyway :). Strongly recommended but be sure your penis is in good condition, make sure your hands and penis are clean and dry at all times, so he can t slip .. pls do ask questions if you dont get something and good luck ;)
 
Sock Stretches are better for angular stretching while the FootLongs have more power.
 
Well first question is. What is the benefits in angular strecting vs. the benefits of power stretches ? Second.. Isnt Blasters an Angular Stretch so wouldint adding a more powerful stretch make more sence then another angular stretch? Just asking you guyses opinions on it but i do realy like the Footlong Stretches

The benefit to angular stretches is that you are able to hit multiple places using one exercise. Whether your potential gains are tunica or ligament you will be touching on them. In a single angle stretch you are only hitting one part of the penis, the power may be greater but it's direction of use is limited.
