Hello, I'm a lurker who has had moderate failure and some success in Penis Enlargement, but that's due to my cyclical mania, lol.


Anyway, I've been thinking about a few things.. one being sleep positions.

Squashing your penis either under your pelvis/stomach, or under your balls and between your legs... its a lose-lose. Reduced form, lack of oxygen, etc.
Add any form of night wear on top of that and your really inhibiting growth.

So what do you guys think? Same man, same penis, same routine:
One always goes commando, sleeps on his back, and of course, sleeps naked. One wears boxers(day and night) and sleeps on his stomach. Who grows more?
 
I try to pull my whole unit between my legs and extend my legs down a bit for a nice lazy stretch postion while sleeping.
 
Uncle Jims Strap can be used at night to secure a good length, with minimal intensity, to help keep extended and healing all night. Just don't wrap too tight, a light stretch is plenty.

Agreed, and this does work. Sleeping on your back is what's best for your spine, so that's what I do.
 
You toss and turn in bed without knowing you do. Video yourself like in paranormal activity and you will see it doesn't matter how you sleep eventually you will turn in a less desired way for your penis. There is hope, all I do is drill a hole in my floor and through my bed and attach a hook to the floor. Then I take a chain and hook it to my penis and the floor hook. I've seen a 15" length gain in only 3 days! I'm totally serious :)
 
For whatever reason, I can only sleep on my side. I looked at MAXAMEYES's body pillow method though and wondered if I could work out something similar without having to track down a weird inanimate sleeping companion. Tucking my upper knee into the back of my lower one seems to do a surprising amount of good, though I'll have to make sure it wasn't just a one off.

I don't think that there is any difference. The most important thing is to do the routine consistently with the right intensity. Eat well and get enough sleep. The gains will come either ways.

Agree. It doesn't matter how you sleep. As long as you perform your PE sessions, expanded/elongated healing optimally you are good. I sleep all over the place, even on my stomach. I have not seen any negative aspects to this.
