Skin pinching - between the protector cap and vacuum bell

Generally the thing that starts causing pain for me requiring me to remove my PF...

Is skin getting pulled up between the protector cap and bell.

I'm using and autoextender sleeve in place of a proper sized sleeve. (I'm between a medium and large)

Any advice? I did a search online and some people say to put on another sleeve to, essentially I think, extend the protector cap further on down the shaft? Not sure I like that too much - two sleeves on top of each other could start constricting.
 
I have a similar situation but I am still able to wear the medium sleeve without cutting off circulation. You may want to try that and see if it will work for you. My medium sleeve does fit a little tight but not to the point of reducing circulation
 
Definitely a size issue. Pinching would mean you need a larger sleeve. In the meantime you can use baby powder which might help with the pinching.

I don't follow...

I'm using an autoextender sleeve. Fits just right in my mind. The medium bell might work out better as the other post suggested.

But I just am not following how the sleeve size and length factor in here?
 
Yes, it is about the bell being too small. If the penis is bigger than the bell it will look for space where it can. So it expands at the flange of the bell, exactly where the condom is wrapped around the chamfer. A proper sized bell (dashed lines is the cock) would emerge from the bell without expansion. So in the bell that is too small, the penis is overexpanding which then causes problems (same as for exhaust gases coming from a nozzle).

The only way I found to cope with this problem is to use a normal condom as protector cap or sports tape. Since protector caps never worked for me I am pulling the foreskin to the front so that it covers the glans, then I put one sports tape to hold the foreskin together. Then another tape lateral to the first one. If this tape is long enough it will cover the section where the bell ends and then the skin doesn't get squeezed. However it is painful to remove the tape so it is not a good option.

Actually it gets squeezed when rolling down the condom. If you get it right at the beginning it is less likely to happen later. If you roll the condom fast, it will strikes the skin and the skin will move out of the way, mostly just in between bell and condom. Therefore it is required to pull the shaft skin after rolling down the condom. But then again some users will pull the glans out of the bell and things like that. It is a bit tricky. As long as we have transparent condoms it is okay. With the LG Hanger condoms being nontransparent it is not easy to spot squeezed skin. However after a while it works without visible inspection.

Since I am already at XL, I am going for XXL (which is not available). I just ordered a hand pump with which I want to build my own bell. 4.2cm = 1.65" is the maximum bell that is available on the market right now (the chinese [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] copies also don't have bigger sizes). I am going for 5.0cm = 1.97".
