SizeGenetics defect?

I recently got a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and the thumb screw does not screw all the way into the metal arm on one side. When it is screwed in as far as it will go, there is still a little over 1/16" of space between the knurled part of the thumbscrew and the base of the spring-loaded metal arm. Does anyone else have one that is like this?

Hello,
I'm 'brand new' here. I bought a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] about 9 days ago. I noticed the same problem with mine. One side screws hard back against the base, the other side doesn't. I wasn't too worried about it though. My penis isn't dead straight, so I have one rod under slightly more tension than the other, to perhaps help to straighten my unit out as it stretches ??
I haven't sent an email to support yet. What response did you other guys get ?

I don't know why people didn't think to go to the main [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] site and contact customer support to begin with... silly people... too excited perhaps.
