1) Take a sheet of typing paper, lay it down flat, width-wise.
2) Measure over 6.5" from the left side, then mark it with a pen.

No...Really, The penis does not have a bone in it to 7", 8" hell even 9" of girth can be squeezed down respectively (Am I making any fucking sense at all?) For instance my penis has the same girth as my wrist. Although I can barely get my hand around my wrist (thump to forefinger) I can easily do it with my penis because the tissue is soft enough to compress a bit.
