My Penis Enlargement had been going pretty well for 2 months and I was seeing gains.

Probably my fault for pushing it too hard but I managed to split my foreskin in 3 places.
Not big cuts only 1 mm or 2 mm running vertically. This basically made it impossible to do any Penis Enlargement for about 4 days due to the pain, while I let it heal.
I tried again after I thought it had healed with just some basic jelq bends and managed to split it again.
I have now noticed that I have a band of foreskin that is alot tighter than it was before so much so that it hurts when I pull the skin back and when I am full retracted I can see this tight ring of skin below my glands.
It's kind of hard to explain and I'm confuised as to why the skin appears to have shrunk around this area.
Is there anything I can use to soften or stretch the skin? like a cream or supplement?
