I had begun with training for over one year. since this time I got great results. but in the last time a few problems make it impossible to train futher. my left shoulder have arthrosis und my right hand has broken sinews.
Now J search for exercises which I don´t need so much force. Pumping is one example but alone no realy effectiv. Hänging is not my way.
Please help me to find a solution. a idea is to build a machine which is pressed the penis whitout force from my body or at least a little bit. Did anybody build those engine?
