Sauna stretching

I have had an idea. It was spurred by ebon00 in a recent thread so credit due.

The idea of incorporating heat into stretching sessions has been about for a while now but the best way that people have found to do it involves heat lamps.

Having not tried these I'm not sure how well they work. The theory is, if I'm correct, that in order to permanently change the length of your penis you need to change it in a plastic sense as opposed to an elastic one (ebon00). i.e. you need to stretch to the point where your penis will not simply return to it's normal size like an elastic band would.

The best way to do this is to get every bit of stretch possible so adding heat into the equation should allow you to get a better stretch. I think that the best way to think about this is by thinking about blue tack or any kind of putty. When it is warm, it is a lot easier to stretch out of shape than when it is cold.

So my idea is to do hanging or any kind of stretching whilst in the sauna at around 115-120 degrees Fahrenheit. I have a shared sauna at my apartment but because it is semi-public I haven't been able to experiment with this theory. When I'm in the sauna my flacid hang, even without any stretching, is a lot bigger. I will try to get some privacy so that I can try it out.

Does anybody have access to a private sauna? If so, would you be willing to try this theory out? I think hanging at around 15-20 pounds for 15mins would be very effective.

i kno that when im taking a hot shower i get alot bigger, and i think when u stretch in the shower or sauna blood flows into the area ur stretching making it concrete....i duno just hypothesising

I would love to try that. But I doubt the management at the gym would understand. Not to mention when the other guys got a look at my set up everyone would want to use it. Or they would want a date!! hahahaha

Good point, I think that it would be best to hang. I'm pretty damn sure that the heat would have a big effect though. Still waiting for someone with a private sauna. rofl

Hmm sounds like a plan, but privacy would be an issue. Maybe latex gloves to counteract the perspiration.

Getting caught could rival the guy (don't remember who) that recently got busted in the bathroom at work with a latex on.

Good idea about the glove though. Fuck it, I'm going to try it my public sauna.

i had this same idea a while ago, but instead of doin it in a sauna i thought i would use one of those heat pads there sort of like an ice pack but the opposite you push it and it cause a chemical reation

ever tried a home made sauna- well it's not as good as a suana, i do it from time to time

basically put on a hot shower using only hot water make sure the fan is off and you bathroom will be pretty steamy and warm.

or you can do the extreme version just thought of this would probably work though it could be dangerous

start a bath only hot water though cold might work better. then heat up a heat bead(bbq fuel-the stuff you use instead of charcol) on you cook top and when the heat bead is nice an red chuck it in the bath

ps. if you try the suana options i mention don't blame me if something goes wrong

I personally never had the oportunity to try this out due to privicay issues.

I think it would would very well though.
