Roughed up Head

When im doing my stretches usualy on the upwards stretch my hand slips up a lil to get a good grip and ends up rubbing against the head and after stretching my head is like really red and roughed up and really looses alot of its sensitivity. Any of you guys get this and if so what do you do about it. Im about to take the upwards stretch out of my stretching routine
 
I happen to have an irritated spot on my head right now, as well, but it's due to edging with a [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FleshLight[/words] without enough lube. Happened about 1.5 days ago. I've been putting lotion, vaseline, and aloe on it (at different times of the day), and it's clearing up nicely. I'd guess it'll be back to normal early tomorrow.
 
Well, there's baby powder and/or latex dishwashing gloves. Those seem to be the standard suggestions for people with grip problems.
 
Try grabbing a bit further behind the head. That might help. And after you get done with a session, make sure you wash the powder off and apply some lotion.
 
It has happened to me and I noted a little decrease in sensitivity when I was doing my stretching routines. I actually got discoloration right around my the tip of my head but that has started to fade.

Now that I've moved on to mainly girth work the sensitivity has come back and is normal; I think you might just have to push through it.
 
Mine is a bit battered as well. I've had black spots on there for a couple weeks now - these are more like tiny scabs because they are lumpy. I work through it though and apply the Vitamin K cream liberally after every Penis Enlargement session.

Good advice. Yo can even pull a tiny bit of skin up to put under your grip.
