It is an actual push. Next time you are urinating push the flow of urine as hard as you can. This muscle movements is the reverse kegel. It can be done without urinating too.

Good bump many men do not know how to perform this and it is very important to gaining length.
 
I have been working on doing these for about a week. What would be the best way/indicator to know that you are doing these the correct way when you are not peeing?

It's a case of getting that mind muscle connection as when you are taking a pee. Take a pee but when you finish continue to force more out. This will give you the feeling you need to isolate the reverse kegel.

It almost seems like you are trying to crap and pee but nothing comes out from either place. If this is the feeling you get then I have figured it out

I'd say this is correct yes as the muscle controls these actions . Just try to imagine having a pee when you don't actually need one .

when you do the reverse kegels, what they are supposed to do? relax the pelvic floor muscle?

I personally dont think it is going to help me as I have a pelvic tilt so I have got to do the exercises to get rid of the pelvic tilt...

The idea of doing the reverse kegel is to aid in the release of the inner penis whilst stretching, this would be greatly amplified when performing the reverse kegel with expressive stretching . ( gripping low towards the base )
The reverse kegel is also used by many to help ward off ejacuation during sex.

Must keep it simple. This is a muscle movement example but you do not need to be peeing while doing it but it is a good way to learn the flex and unflex. As you are peeing, midstream stop the flow of urine...You just did a Kegel. Now force the pee as hard as you can, you just did a reverse kegel. Now try it without peeing!

What happens if I don't do the reverse kegel?

Would it caused my penis to get turtle and delay of ejaculation during sex?

If you don't reverse kegel during sex then it would be the same as when you have sex now. I say this because you haven't done it yet. You won't turtle while erect doing a reverse kegel. The idea is to loosen off the pc muscle to help prolong sex rather than it taking over. Learning to control ones orgasm is a difficult thing to do. The first thing we need to do it train the kegel and reverse kegel first so we can isolate them at will. From here we can try to use it for sex or edging to build [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] or to use with stretches.
I hope I've not over complicated things. If you are still unsure please don't hesitate to ask.

This is good advice. You will have to isolate the muscles used to kegel in order to perform them correctly and get any benefit from them. I have been working on doing them for about a week and it requires practice to get the hang of it. I have to remind myself to do them. Eventually I will get to the point where I do them out of habit. I try to do at least 200 or more per day
