Resting periods while stretchin or Jelqing...

Ey guys i was just wondering something while doing Penis Enlargement... While your doing your manual stretching do you just go to the next set immediately and keep moving on stretching away continuously til your done with the stretching routine... or should you rest for awhile each individual rep or set for like 10 to 20 seconds massaging your penis so it gets alittle breather from the strenuous excersising you are applying to it.... Same goes for jelqing, Do a 50 at a time and rest , 100 at a time and rest or just do everything all at once til you reach the number of jelqs you need to complete.
 
Usually you go for stretching untill you reach your comfort level. THeir is no set time. You want to stop if your head starts to go cold, blue, or numb, in any order. Most people stretch or hang for 10-20 minute sets, thats just the amount of time before the tension becomes uncomfortable, if you can handle more, hats off. People stretch anywhere between 10 minutes to an hour at a time. I stretch for about 40 minutes.
Jelqing doesn't, usually doesn't require a break, unless for some reason, you felt something go wrong which is very uncommon. You can pretty much jelq for as long as your heart desires with out stopping, after an hour though it will start to get sore from internal expansion, thats when you know you did a good workout!

with jelqing, I have always gone straight through. But, multiple daily sessions is an excellent method for accelerating gains.

Stretching should be done for thirty seconds each set (as a newbie), shake the penis for a few seconds, and then go to the next set. I always did all 36 sets in this manner.
