Been doing Phase 1 for the last month, in addition to about two sets of stretching over the course of the day during bathroom breaks. I also do about three hundred kegels a day.
Right now, I've been doing 2 days on and 1 day off, but I want to know if anyone had any thoughts on the appropriate number of rest days. I know that can vary based on your workout and your own body, but does anyone have any recommendations, or signs to be looking for that might indicate you're over training or under training?
