Regaining The Lost

Hi,

Is it possible to lose what you have gained? Because i did p.e. a while ago about June last year and gained 2 inches in about 2 months but an injury made me think it was best to stop. I never used to warm up, warm down or do anything apart from 30 seconds in each direction excluding between cheeks. So im still puzzled on the 2 inch gain i had. Anyway, since then i lost a fair amount of my gain. Now i've started back on DLD's beginning routine. I'm also taking L-argenine and Gingko Biloba. So i'm hoping for the regain but i just wondered whether i lost the gain through inactivity. Also this poses the question that if/when the ideal length goal is reached, do you still have to carry on stretching?
 
If you don't maintain the kind of intense workout that brought you the two inch gain, (not yet "cemented,") you will probably lose some of it. Regaining it can be a bitch. I know it has been for me. I know of others who have had the same experience.

I gained like crazy during the fourth month of my P.E. career, then cut back before my gains were cemented. I've never totally regained those lost gains in length and girth; but then, I've never practiced such an intense routine since that time. I went from 7.75" x 5.5" (an estimate) pre-P.E., to well over 10" by 7" girth. My "new" dick was huge, to put it mildly.

I freaked out. I never set out to get that big of a dick. So I cut back, and lost a good inch and a half in length and an inch in girth.
