Is it possible to lose what you have gained? Because i did p.e. a while ago about June last year and gained 2 inches in about 2 months but an injury made me think it was best to stop. I never used to warm up, warm down or do anything apart from 30 seconds in each direction excluding between cheeks. So im still puzzled on the 2 inch gain i had. Anyway, since then i lost a fair amount of my gain. Now i've started back on DLD's beginning routine. I'm also taking L-argenine and Gingko Biloba. So i'm hoping for the regain but i just wondered whether i lost the gain through inactivity. Also this poses the question that if/when the ideal length goal is reached, do you still have to carry on stretching?
