I'm new to this forum, but I have been PE'ing for a while. It perked my interest back in high school. Why high school? I had a rather abusive relationship with a girl who, after breaking up with me, spread a rumor about me being small. She even yelled it one time during intermission between classes in a busy hallway. I have recovered some confidence since then, but I have had lingering doubts since then. The pain of bullying goes away, but the self doubt lingers.
Jumping forward to the present day, I have had an extremely rough year. My girlfriend had to forcibly move in with me due to her abusive family kicking her out. I have had three deaths in my family: my grand aunt, my great grand mother, and my grand father. All of these deaths happened with in a month or two of each other. 2016 can offically bite my ass.
I feel out of control with my life so I have gotten serious about bodybuilding and PE. I also do cycling on the side to help strengthen my relationship with my SO.
My goals are as follows:
Improve my body both in appearance and function. Exercise helps purge negativity mentally, but looking good is a nice passive emotion boost. I currently sit at about 175lbs @ ~15% body fat. I'm looking to drop the fat and increase muscle mass.
Improve my EQ, length, and girth. I'll be starting with simple stretches and clamping. I have jelqed in the past, but the lack of constant variables bugged me. With clamping I have time and the tightness of the clamp being extremely constant. I had a hard time maintaining consistancy with jelqing. Don't worry this isn't my first experiance with clamping.
My current goal for length and size are pretty simple: look like it belongs between my thighs. At 26", my legs make my whole package look out of place.
My current stats:
EL: ~6"
EG: ~4.75"
Current Goal:
EL: 6.5"
EG: 5"
Long term Goal:
I don't plan on stopping after my current goal is reached, but...
