Like I'm sure many other guys who stumble upon the world of Penis Enlargement, one of the first things that really impressed me was how easy it is to do the kegel exercise. Pretty much anything you read about these exercises claims that they can literally be done anywhere...driving, watching TV, etc.
Which, of course, is true.
Now this has probably come up before, but a few nights ago I discovered something really cool. I was (as it happened) watching TV during the evening, which is usually when I do my kegel routine. I was rather tired though, and decided to lie down on my side instead of sitting like I normally do.
I found that it was WAY easier to kegel with FORCE. And by that I mean not just squeezing the PC (which, as all the kegel literature makes clear, can be done in just about any position) but actually FEELING the squeeze of the muscle intensely. Usually, I only feel that near the end of my routine, when the muscle is fairly tired. But lying down, I felt it a lot quicker.
Naturally, doing my whole routine this way made my PC work out feel quite different, and a lot better.
I'm not sure if this is just me or if it's something other guys would find to be true as well. I have a hunch that a reason for it might be that, in the seated position, the whole weight of my body is bearing down on the PC, making it generally harder to really flex it strongly. Sort of like trying to do a push up with a hundred and fifty pound dude sitting on your back...sure, that's really intense for your muscles but you may not be getting the full, intense range of motion you'd get just doing the pushup by itself.
On my side or stomach, all that weight isn't pushing down on the PC, which lets me really focus on the muscle itself and contract it a lot harder. I'm not sure if that's the reason. But I do know it's my new favorite way to kegel.
