Reclining Kegels

Like I'm sure many other guys who stumble upon the world of Penis Enlargement, one of the first things that really impressed me was how easy it is to do the kegel exercise. Pretty much anything you read about these exercises claims that they can literally be done anywhere...driving, watching TV, etc.

Which, of course, is true.

Now this has probably come up before, but a few nights ago I discovered something really cool. I was (as it happened) watching TV during the evening, which is usually when I do my kegel routine. I was rather tired though, and decided to lie down on my side instead of sitting like I normally do.

I found that it was WAY easier to kegel with FORCE. And by that I mean not just squeezing the PC (which, as all the kegel literature makes clear, can be done in just about any position) but actually FEELING the squeeze of the muscle intensely. Usually, I only feel that near the end of my routine, when the muscle is fairly tired. But lying down, I felt it a lot quicker.

Naturally, doing my whole routine this way made my PC work out feel quite different, and a lot better.

I'm not sure if this is just me or if it's something other guys would find to be true as well. I have a hunch that a reason for it might be that, in the seated position, the whole weight of my body is bearing down on the PC, making it generally harder to really flex it strongly. Sort of like trying to do a push up with a hundred and fifty pound dude sitting on your back...sure, that's really intense for your muscles but you may not be getting the full, intense range of motion you'd get just doing the pushup by itself.

On my side or stomach, all that weight isn't pushing down on the PC, which lets me really focus on the muscle itself and contract it a lot harder. I'm not sure if that's the reason. But I do know it's my new favorite way to kegel. :)

That is really interesting! Ok, so, as much as I understood- when you on your side or stomach you feel kegeling intense( more intense than when driving a car for instance). I am really happy that people find what is most comfortable for them. I just tried it and yes- it feels much more intense than when walking. A little more intense than when sitting, a very very very little more intense than when lying on my back and equally intense when lying on my stomach or my side. This is awesome. You made a great thread! Hope other users type in how they find it most comfortable to kegel. :)
 
Excellent post and a great insight! Body position dictates so much variance in intensity. A slight change of laying from sitting will produce different results for different men. Due to body type there will be some things that are more intense than others but it is always very smart to try various positions in body to see what brings the most intensity.

Seriously though I just find my focus to be way more intense when I'm holding still in whatever position...when I walk I'm always diverting some part of my focus to all the trees/parked cars/piles of dog shit/other people I don't want to walk into lol. But if I could do it effectively I'd kegel while I jog. 2 birds, 1 stone. I guess I'm a crappy shot lol.
 
Haha! Today i jogged and trying to kegel meanwhile was not a good idea- I ran out of breath more quickly. rofl. You may want to try what I did the first day when getting the hang of kegeling and walking- when I squeeze the PC muscle I squeeze my fist, when I release I relax my hand and fingers. Another thing you can do to remind you that you have to kegel is to draw a little ink spot on your hand. I did this to remind myself that I have to fix my posture. rofl. Why don't you try to get erect and see if you can kegel while walking. At least you'll see if your kegel is successful when you are erect. Walk- kegeling I find to be less intense than the other positions, but still- I don't want to be wasting my time not kegeling. I had some serious EQ problems for about a year or two. 3 weeks ago I started kegeling and today I sure can see results. The more you do the better. A week of kegels throughout the day got me from 60% to 90% EQ. Kegel all the time. At fist it might be hard to walk kegel, but with time and intensity it'll get better. Try what I told you to do above and tell me your feedback. I would love to help you in any way. :)
 
Oh I should have been more clear...I'm physically capable of kegeling while I walk, I just don't like doing it because I have to divert my focus from the squeeze, the exercise itself. I always end up losing count or not squeezing as hard as I could or whatever. I don't kegel and drive for the same reason.

I do need to get my ass in gear and kegel more though ha. I'm a kegel underachiever <:(
 
Well I am kegeling throughout the day and I don't count - I don't need numbers, the more kegels the better :). About the focus and intensity- you are right, but once you begin to kegel all day long you'll get used to it and you'll be kegeling when you don't even realize it. But intensity is the issue you are right. But if you want to kegel more I think that it would be best if you have the mindset of- kegel when you feel it comfortable. Stop counting how many you do, this itself is taking a lot and I mean A LOT of focus and thus makes it even harder to do throughout the day. I believe you can and I believe you will do more kegels. All the best! :)
 
Get some relaxing music in the mix...a good rhytHydromax with a relaxing sound wil help you connect even more with the interior muscle movements!
 
What a couple of totally badass ideas!

The no counting thing might seem like kind of a duh, but sometimes I'm a neurotic dipshit, so it was kind of this Zen moment. I've been sitting here kegeling for 20 minutes without counting. Thank you, Zam, for liberating my PC lol.

And I'll try it with music soon when I do my usual PC routine. I find that when I focus on kegeling theres a kind of "ramp up" period before I'm really doing them max intensity, I guess it's just warming up the muscle...that's what prompted this post in the first place because lying on my side shortens that time. But I bet having a set rhytHydromax like you suggest would help it along too.

I've never attempted to do kegel throughout the whole day before. Back in 2020, I was doing kegel regularly but these days I don't do them too much but I get enough erection for my pumping sessions.
