Hey Penis Enlargement 'ers,

Lately ive been obsessed with making an optimal length workout. Now although i know that everyone is different, i still think that the same formula should work on all penises.

I think it might be valuable to see what kind of temporary gains you get from each length workout. By this i mean, what is your
bone-pressed flaccid-stretched length BEFORE vs AFTER a workout.

Anyone and everyone who reads this please input the following information.
1. Do your warm up, then measure your bpfsl
2. Immediately after your workout, measure your bpfsl again

Mine is 7.75 before and 8 inches after... thats .25 temporary gain, i really wonder how this compares to everyone else. Maybe there is some sort of value in this information and the effectiveness of the workout.

If you want you can say what exercises you do, for example i do , leg up lig stretches 6 total sets, and 6 total sets of blue whale tunica all at 45 seconds +.. and even the total length of your workout, like mine is about 15 mins not including warm ups

Please please give your input on this, take the time in your next workout, and maybe we can all get some good out of it.
 
My measurements are the same for me, I gain about 1/4 of an inch after warm up and workout.

5-7 min. warmup
30-40 min. of stretching or jelqing, depending on the day.
5 min. cool down

Something Ive found to maintain accurate measurements is to measure from the side. I have gained weight...about 10-15lbs and my measurements from the top have decreased due to my fat pad but my side measurements have increased an 1/4! This was the way I measured before I found [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and I returned to my logs before I started measuring from the top to find out that I'm still gaining!

Thats cool. Have you tried measuring on top but having the ruler pressed right down to the bone? This is called bone pressed, that way the change in your fat pad wont affect your measurements. but if side measurement is working then thats cool.
