I've been working on phase two for about three months now, and i've finally started to see some gains.. I think it was because i wasn't doing the "DLD blasters" right.
The thing I was wondering though, should I be doing basic streching every day in addition to the blasters? I know its not mentioned in the program, but i figured that it couldn't hurt, so that's what i've been doing the last couple of months.. The only thing is that i get sore on my glans after a couple of days. So much so in fact that it's hard to train.. Also, I'm uncut, so my "string" gets vety sore as well.
Do you think I will gain more from doing both excercises, or should i stick to just the blasters?
