O.K. Here is a question for all the professional pud pullers out there. What is the best set of exercises to get rid of the dreaded turtling syndrome? I have been peing for about six months; I have had good gains but this turtling crap is old! Don't get me wrong I have gained from almost nothing [ you know the famous acorn look] to a couple of inches, but any change in temp and we go back to looking like a grub worm in a turtle neck sweater.
My routine is mostly pumping, jelking, and bends but this dos not seem to help me much with the turtle problem. I had even thought briefly about tying a rock to my dick and throwing out the window of my truck while going down the rode.
