O.K. Here is a question for all the professional pud pullers out there. What is the best set of exercises to get rid of the dreaded turtling syndrome? I have been peing for about six months; I have had good gains but this turtling crap is old! Don't get me wrong I have gained from almost nothing [ you know the famous acorn look] to a couple of inches, but any change in temp and we go back to looking like a grub worm in a turtle neck sweater.

My routine is mostly pumping, jelking, and bends but this dos not seem to help me much with the turtle problem. I had even thought briefly about tying a rock to my dick and throwing out the window of my truck while going down the rode. :) Jest kidding but your input wood be appreciated.
 
ok...basicly you should just keep doing the basic stretches but vary and explore more angles...and the dld footlong stretch has donw really well for my flaccid length so thats good...and the blasters and try some lazy ass stretches during the day if you are ever in a jam or have lack of time to do the manual stretches. hope that was helpful

Check out DLD Lazy Ass Stretches, this is a great exercise for reducing retraction of the flaccid penis. The more time spent doing these the better the results. You will also gain erect length from LA Stretches.

Training the penis to stay extended is another method to reducing retraction. The best thing I have ever used to do this is Uncle Jim's Strapping Method. You do need to re-wrap every 20 minutes but in a few short weeks the retraction will disappear.
