Question about routine...

I''m struggling to find time to fit all the necessary "things" into my routine.

So I just wondered, I've been doing 350 jelqs a day (still trying to get into the Penis Enlargement habit), will this actually do anything? From what I've read, a lot of people do 1000... ?:(

And on stretches, can people advise me on how exactly they do theirs?
 
Yes 350 jelqs is enough to affect you, I was quite swollen and sore yesterday after doing 350.

How to stretch is really simple:
Grab your penis behind the head.
Pull.
Hold.
Repeat.

It takes a bit before you get used to it is all. It took me about a week before I could pull hard enough to really feel a stretch without my glans hurting. Keep adjusting your grip until you get it just right for you.

Don't become disillusioned by what other guys do. Jelqing is a girth exercise and the effort you put into it is the results you will get out. Trainig in Penis Enlargement is as independent as training in the gym is...some things that work for some guys do nothing for others. My advice is to follow the First Phase program as it is written. This phase is meant to get you comfortable with the exercise and help you find that sweet spot that works for you.
