So my wife and I haven't been having sex at all the for the last two weeks (which is fantastic cause its been the best two PE weeks of my life.... Don't tell her that! 😝. I have been doing these bunded stretches and the normal ones (in all directions) but I couldn't help but think am I really giving it my all in every direction? I realized that I can't continuously handle that kind of pain, but if I pulse the stretch to a level way beyond what I'm use too, in a couple seconds my body allows me to get to that level of intensity without much pain involved (its adapting, and almost feels really great). The results from this has been interesting. For instance, last night my ligaments gave out after my stretches and just 13 min of hanging. I had to stop immediately cause it felt like stretched the crap outta it to the point of cramping. Tonight I did the same thing, though while my ligs didn't give out, they felt loosey goosey and now I can really pull my junk up my back during a BTC stretch.
