Protein, Arginine, Lysine, Niacin, ZMA, Testosterone, Gingo Biloba, Doses? When?

Hey Guys i Just Started a Conquest to create a beast.

I had an expirience with L arganine and Glutamine that didnt quite become apparent to me until i saw a post about it on this forum.

I took 1500mg of each 3 times a week .eg monday, wednesday, friday.
i had originaly taken them because i found out on a different website they assist the health of your discs and spine and with a combination of stretching thus make you taller

After every night of taking these i my back felt lengthened and strong.(supposedly increases your growth hormone by 701% in 90 minutes)

Not knowing what else it would do to me.

I woke up each morning from then on with the most ridiculous rock hard erections tent polling my sheets. im telling you hammer hard Morning Glories!!!:O

So after a bit of brain storming and studies, i thought since i know this is not the only thing that is going to assist guys with ED and Penis Enlargement.

I wondered if all of you supped up pros can help create a supplemental list including times to take before Penis Enlargement sessions and planned sexual situations.

also i have heard a few of the following help but its no use without knowing how to take and when.

Niacine
Gingo Bloba

Also how about ZMA, Testosterone and lysine.

BTW Yesterday Perfomed Jelqs Correctly for the first time in 5 years and in result created a ring around my penis of stretch marks (Palmers to the Rescue)
 
A good magnesium supplement would be good to ad. It's relaxant for all three types of muscle. It helps to relax smooth muscle in blood vessels (dilate them). The majority of people in developed countries are deficient in this mineral. It's also involved in over 300 metabolic processes. A bout any form of the mineral is good except magnesium oxide as it's absorption rate is only about 4%. Magnesium citrate and magnesium citramate are the best, most bioavailable forms and are inexpensive. Also helps lower high blood pressure.
 
Not really good for a pre pe session, but I take a daily multivitamin. For overall health these supps have really helped me.

Multivitamin
Glucosamine
Fish Oil
Green Tea
L-Carnatine
Super B Complex

I also just started take Novadex from Gaspari Nutrition to elevate my testosterone levels. It seems to work because I'm getting elevated testosterone sides (i.e. oily skin, acne, increased erections/morning wood.)
 
I have noticed when I take L-Arginine at night, I am dead tired in the morning...I really struggle to get up.

anyone else have this?
