I bought a year's supply of Pro Solution pills from Lativio, during which time they had a promotion (before January 5th, 2006) which included [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]'s, instruction manuals, and a membership to a forum. They also include a (so-called) guarantee of 90 days or a year (depending) on their pill's ability to do what they claim.
Now, I received the pills, but nothing else, not even a page with instructions. NOTHING! So I wrote afdter a month, and asked where all the other stuff I bought along with them happened to be? The letter was received and I got back a form acknowledgement. That is all. And every time I write to them about this problem, I am acknowledged with a number, but no reply.
When a company treats it's best customers like this, having lied, and then ignores them altogether, I think it's wise to let everybody else know what's going down with Lativio. They are clearly dishonest. And since they have never replied to me now, after having promised a "reply" withing 48 hours, I think that everybody else in this forum should know who they may be dealing with and avvoid this outfit completely.
Besides, their pills have not made one speck's difference, either in libido, or any other claim, so my advice to everyone here in this forum is to forget these hucksters. They are obviously in it for the moeny, and could care less about keeping their word.
Has anybody else had the same treatment? Do you have any advice for me? Maybe double or triple up on my dosage? And what about all the "bonuses" they agreed to send? The forum membership? The "replies? The so-called "guarantee?" Has anybody tried to get their money back?
Don't worry. They can't sue you for discussing your own experiences here, and all it will do is help others decide whether or not they want to deal with that outfit.
