Problem With Erection

Everytime I start stretching or jelging, my erection goes full and i can stay within the 30-50% range to do Penis Enlargement. So then I start whacking off but my erection after that can't even reach 1%.

How can i fix this?
 
MAAAAN i don't have erection,i mean i can't do erect stretches...i mean my work-out it's so full i don't have time for kegels...bljaaaaa
Make time...
Kegels are essential as you grow larger, in order to keep a hard erection and therefore filling your entire penis with blood. Most men don't do them (outside of MOS). This exercise should be mandatory for all men.

It's not hard, just do them throughout the day. You can do other things when you do them.
