Any good moisturizer will work, preferably organic or at least natural with little to no preservatives. Grapeseed oil, cucumber lotion, olive oil + aloe vera lotion, or even just vasoline but I try to avoid petroleum based products mainly for environmental reasons. Plus it's a bitch to wash off. It's way too thick and greasy.

As far as dermal fillers- don't ever do them! They don't work, they're expensive, can make your dick look lumpy, and it's only temporary so why do it? Just do girth exercises combined with a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. Or if you're lazy just a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] alone will do the job just fine. My personal experience about creams or skin care products would suggest Shea Butter.
Heck, in my country there's a shea butter product labeled "ball wax" (direct translation), to be used on your balls and dick. But really, just get an organic tub of shea butter. Really helped my skin overall, I need to get more of it actually.
A great product on many body parts, even your face and it's decent for hair as well in moderation.

I don't know anything about dermal fillers, but Black Seed Oil is supposed to help with girth department. This can be taken internally and applied externally. No real results in, I found it nice in use, perhaps some more vascularity due to the oil. (Just external usage!)

I think I read about that Man1 Oil longer time ago and got to the ingredients list. And now I checked it again from the Amazon link customer picture; just doesn't impress me that much.
I'd rather get the Shea Butter by itself and maybe mix it essential oils. (I actually made a deodorant this way, it has worked great!)
Other possibility from non-comedogenic oils would be hemp seed oil. I've used that one succesfully as well, but shea butter has very mild smell compared to hemp seed oil.

And one more thing about Shea Butter or hemp seed oil; way more natural (of course source must be put into consideration) than this Man1 Oil is, according to the ingredients list.

Wow i wouldn't have the balls to put a needle in my soldier! And im sure like the rest said it will make it not uniform in look. Some adult entertainment stars when you see them you can tell wich one's had it done. And i know what your talking about the glan taking the abuse. It's more then likey coming from the pf. If it gets ANY MOISTURE IN THE BELL OR PROTECTOR CAP this happens. Pay attention to it especially if you use it while you sleep. I noticed when i used it especially at night it would have moisture in it. Try and keep it dry. Sometimes i get it in my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] also but not as bad or often. I call it snake skin. If you take a warm bath or shower it can peel off. Just something to look at.

Dermal fillers- with today's technology the only filler I consider getting is HA. It only lasts a year or two but it is instantly dissolvable with another chemical. NO OTHER FILLER HAS THAT. If you get a bad aesthetic with silicone or something you are fucked.

Dermal filler on the dick is just stupid. The best application for dermal filler is deep, against bone, usually on the face.

On something as transient in size and firmness as a dick, it's pointless and would require A LOT of product. Maybe if you had some defect where you need to fill in a hole it would do the trick... maybe.
