I've been doing DLD's routine for a week, stretches and jelqs etc. Yesterday I held some blood into my dick (I used to do this as part of masturbation anyway) before jelqing to get the blood flowing. I manually 'clamped' for about 10 seconds three times. Anyway, this morning I wake up and go to the shower to start my routine, and I've got a bruise like pain that only manifests itself when my penis is stretched or pressure is applied (such as during a stretch or a jelq). This meant I had to cut my routine short.
How long will this 'injury' last? Should I discontinue exercises until it is better?
As I said it isn't there unless I exert force on the penis...Like now I feel nothing.
