"POP" good? or bad?

I've been at Penis Enlargement for about a year now. Most of my gains came in the early months and I have added about an inch overall. My question is: Lately I have been getting a "POP" (sound and feeling) about once each day during the downward stretching part of my routine. I can feel something let go and hear the POP as it happens. After it happens, I can't get it to repeat unil the next day. Is this GOOD or BAD? Will it result in my again achieving significant gains since lately there has been very little progress.
 
As long as you don't get the SNAP or CRACKLE you should be fine:D

What you are experiencing is commonly called a LIG POP. Air occasionally gets trapped at the pubic bone beneath the suspensory ligaments. When enough pressure is used is stretching these ligament the air is released creating a popping sound. This is very similar to when you crack your knuckles. It is not a good or a bad thing, it is something some guys get while others don't.
 
I noticed that i used to get pops when i first started, but now i don't get any regardless of how hard i do my workout.
