poor circulation??

first off, hi, im new to the whole pe thing and apologies if ive posted this in the wrong section. i think i have poor circulation in my penis, the tip is blue and there is a large decrease in girth half way up. jst wondering if there are any techniques i could use to help increase the blood flow. im guessing that would be the best place to start for me. thanx in advance

Try jelqing regularly and see if that helps at least temporarily. If so I'd see a doctor about getting some artery-opening drugs. Viagara can help "dust off" the blood supply system somewhat. So can Niacin (but not Niacinamide).
