In a completely flaccid state, starting at the base, start to wrap. Once you get the first or second wrap you will no longer need to support the base. Now, as you continue to wrap, stretch your flaccid penis as far as you can. With each wrap you will find that your penis will become longer and longer until your final wrap, just below the glans. When properly wrapped your penis will be your erect size (maybe even a bit longer) This was one of my first Penis Enlargement exercises I made up. I used it for months with very good results in my flaccid size.
