I want to change the order of my routine. I would like to get feedback on that.
I used to do length work in morning then put ADS. Then at night do girth work.
I want to change that to high traction length work morning. After some rest 30-60 minutes girth work and put the ring for a little while.
Then put ADS for the rest of the day until bed time.
Is there negative side to it?
I was avioding it because the "length work before girth" attitude and ads considered length. But i use it only with low traction force so i wonder if that should be an issue
