Please advice - routine and progress

Update on length work.
So after bleeding from LM i took couple of days off.
Then i removed the extra padding i added and tried again. So far, 3 session without blood.
I also made sure to open the chamber after 10min for circulaion.
Im on BTCBS now, took some time to manage, but now i finally feel good stretch.
I wonder about the amount of twists..
im still on 360 degree.

On the extender/ADS side.
For now i decided to return to the old extender. As I'm not managing very well with the SS... (glans damaged all the time that also interfere with the LM work..frequent vacuum loss.. frequent fluid retention.. sleeves that last for a day to a week.. the need to clean it from pee every session.. the need to mess with it too much..)

Give it a bit more time and adaption and you'll get the LM to work in your favor without any further issue. You're still in your adaption and conditioning stages. It will take a while. After 2 months, we'll come up with better game plans.

The twist degrees at 360 is good enough. It will be progressive as you go. If you can go past it , do so little by little. As your tissues become more malleable, you'll be able to twist even more. Be patient and twist a little more each day. Make sure to do it equally on both sides to max out the twisting capacity.

As for the ADS, looks like you're hitting an impasse state. It happened to me a few times switching between LM and ADS at the start too. I know what you mean when you get damages from SS while on LM. But that phase will pass as your glans's skin toughen. Rather than using the ADS during the damaged times, use the sleeve or the wrap to keep it elongated. I have to do it for 10 days after the initial damages from going a bit overboard on my first 3rd LM set.

360 is just fine. Urethra blood heals quickly so I am happy you have seen relief.

Thank you so much.
And to every one support here.
Appreciate it

By the way last night after SRT 5x5x3, my veins felt very much like they were harder so just by touching the penis i immedietly felt. It was very strange to touch. But also scary. It went down after some time.
Last night i might push a bit. Went up to 8.5+inhg.
Does it sound related to blood clots or not at all?
Also how often (number of sessions) should i go up by 1inHG? And up to what value? Because i guess you don't just go up endlessly..

Thanks

It's not a blood clot. Just a vein being actively over stretched and overworked. Think of it as superficial thrombophlebitis, or just old irritation of the veins, a valve being pressed on or pushed too hard, or a kink on the valve by overpushing it. Massage it to get the valve relaxed in between each pump or set to minimize and prevent this.

It all depends on your needs for expansion. If you don't feel or see an expansion within 2 sets, that session needs a creep to a higher pressure. Most of the time, you can reach your moderate pressure and see expansion within the session.

And up to what value?
Let's say your normal expansion is at 7inHg. You have great erection in the cylinder. But you are not seeing any expansion after two pump and SSJ sets. That third set, creep up to 8inHg for 30 seconds, drop back down to 7inHg for 30 seconds, back up, and back down until you use up your time. Dynamic pressure to keep yourself safe but pushing for an expansion.

You can even do this on your second set, and stay around 7inHg for the rest of the remaining set. This is your call.

Because i guess you don't just go up endlessly..
No, you don't go up endlessly. You only go up in pressure when you don't see expansion. Smart expansion is the key. Not crazy high constant pressure. Leave that for the folks who like donut penis or those who have been pumping for decades.

Thanks a lot
I meant more in terms of progressing over time. Not during the session.
I have read somewhere you saying every like 3 weeks go up in the pressure. Don't stay in the same pressure to avoid resistence.
So i wanted to ask if i need to raise the pressure with 1inhg for example every 3 weeks or so, or something else. Or as long i have expention after the workout there is no need to go up.
And my followup question, if i do need to raise it. At what inHG i should stop?

Raise 1inHg when your body calls for it. This is due to resistance. It's a natural process once you go past 3.5inHg of pressure every 2 to 3 weeks. We have to redetermine our moderate pressure constant as we go past 5inHg every 2 to 3 weeks. To prevent high pressure resistance such as 10inHg and beyond, we do dynamic pressure at the lower level between 5inHg and 10inHg. Eventually, our dense tissues will force us to creep past 11inHg to initiate the expansion, but we drop back down below 10inHg to keep the expansion going. We don't need to stay at high pressure constantly to expand.

And my followup question, if i do need to raise it. At what inHG i should stop?
We have a safety cap limit of 10inHg. This should take a course of months or even past a year to reach. Some reaches very quickly from over working the routine. But, we should all avoid reaching the higher pressure too quickly.

Thanks. I feel i reached 8inhg too quickly. I will try to moderate and work with dynamic pressure more. Thanks a lot!

The funny thing is, I reached 12inHg very easy with the Bathmate for the upper pressure, but I can gain the same expansion at 7inHg through dynamic pressures with the MityVac. It's a unique monster.

Ha ha.
For sure. I started to see expantion once i start using the mityvac for the first round.
Once i receive the larger cylinder i might do all rounds with it.
And to think i just bought two gauge meters for BM recently.
The things we do for PE.. right?

Followup question
How much expantion is enough or optimal? In recent sessions i have near 0.5cm expantion after the session. Is it enough or time to raise by 1inhg?

If you have 0.5 diameter as an expansion, that's around 1.6in of total circumference expansion. If your normal erection girth is 5.5in and you got 1.6in of expansion, you already got the optimized expansion you needed.

If you want to push for 1inHg higher pressure for bigger expansion, as long as you don't feel pains, fire up the pump.

Thx
I meant 0.5cm as 5mm girth expantion. So if my erect girth is 10.5cm, after session is 11.0cm.
At the superior sessions i got 1cm expantion max. So reached to 11.5cm erect girth.

Sounds like you can push it slightly harder. The gain is not phenomenal, but it's still good overall. If you don't see tremendous gains, just just means your tissues are restricting you from pushing harder to prevent injuries. As you increase the pressure by creeping up a bit more, slowly and safely, you will see immediate expansion past 0.5cm circumference. As the old saying goes, a collection of dust over time will build a mountain.
