Plateau hitted? Gains weighting for rest time to manifest?

One of the things being on my mind lately has been plateauing and how to past by it.
And right after my last plateau was hit i kept a break. And shortly after i had super nice gains.

Got me thinking. You expand your tissue to the max. Now it can do 1 thing if kept stretching and that is to break. The tissue will hold back most in the end right before it break. Therefore feeling really resistant. What we call plateau.

Now by giving the tissue time to recover. It will regrow again. This time with a slightly bigger size. And there after you redo the process.

Seems to be logic to me. Anyone else having good theory on this?

Make sense, when you hit a plateau you need to switch up your routine usually. Just work through it and eventually the gains will come.

Switch up, or go hard on the paint. I suggest you do very hard pulls--pull harder, stretch longer. Shock the muscle enough so it'll grow. Light stretches won't get you anywhere.

If a short break worked last time you may want to give it another go. As many know, I never really rested, but there is evidence that resting may help. Either rest or switch up the intensity or exercises.

I might be wrong, but it seems to me that continuing to work at it even though you've hit a plateau might be worthwhile to cement gains.

This sounds about right. Maybe tone it down a bit, but continue to Cement the gains you've made.

My idea of a break is not going awy from pe. It is maybe 1-3 days of rest and kegels (like i could stay away from pe)
Just time to regrowth. And i think that this could be worked in. Once every month in some cases more often some cases more rare.
