Hello everybody, I am new to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]matters of size[/words] program and had a question about the Phase One exercises. On the site it gives a sample workout with a 5 hour break between the stretching and the jelqing. I was wondering the break was necessary and if it would be okay if I were to stretch then jelq immediately afterwards and then do the kegels soon after. Timing has everything to do with how you are feeling and what your schedule allows. DO what works best for you so it is enjoyable, it is important to keep it fun.
 
I think that some people have different length and girth sessions for the time.

I personally have always jelqed and then stretched.
