What what does the liver use in form of nutrients to create testosterone?
Never mind I got it.

Your hypothalamus releases gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which triggers your pituitary gland to release luteinizing hormone (LH). LH then travels to your gonads and stimulates the production and release of testosterone. (LH more often stimulates the production of estrogen and progesterone in ovaries.)

There you go, that's the HPTA - Hypothalamic Pituitary Testicular Axis.
Cholesterol is a precursor to steroid hormones in your body like testosterone, but cholesterol is made in the liver out of the macronutrients in the food you consume and comes from your dietary intake of cholesterol. The liver manufactures 1000mg of cholesterol per day, however if you consume cholesterol in you diet then it will produce less and vice versa.

Okey thanks for explaining. Really appreciate it.

@collosaltitan you seems to be an expert on these kind of things. Are you self learned, or do you have an education in something, and that's the reason you have knowledge in this?
(I hope it's OK, I'm asking)
I'm just curious for myself.
Of course is okay that you ask, the more the better.

To answer your question it's both, I'm self educated on many aspects of biochemistry and the health of the body: longevity, optimising quality of life, science backed methods. And on top of that I am also doing a degree in biochemistry.

Thank you for asking!

Awesome, thanks.
Biochemistry that sounds interesting.

They can, especially if they engage the pelvic floor muscles (doing a Kegel). The motion of tightening everything up before a heavy lift.

I don't know what can cause that. I have experienced the same, for me I think it was depression and stress. I'm still kinda trapped in depression, but I'm on my way out of it now.

But diet is important as well. I personally eat 7 to 14 eggs per day to make sure my body has the fuel to produce testosterone. The body needs cholesterol in order to produce testosterone. I also do my best to eat alot of meat. Some days it's not so good, I forget to eat. There was a myth in the past about consuming cholesterol, but it's busted now.

Diet is so important to our body and how it functions.

Could it be because of my diet? I eat fruits in the morning and then, once I'm back from gym in the evening, I eat rice and 7 eggs.

The problem might be my diet @Tommy Gun

Are you only eating 7 eggs a day with rice?
If so you need to eat more.
Thats only about a 600 calories meal if it's 7 eggs with a cup of rice
You should be eating a minimum of 2100 a day as a grown man that's active

For reference I eat 16 Oz of ground beef daily.
10 eggs
2 cups of raw milk
About a 1/2 cup of raw cheese
2 scoops of protein powder (whole food protein) for quick meal

Then I have a bunch of fruit added in as well.

Watermelon, bananas, figs, dates, pineapple, etc.
And honey!
Love some honey with banana as a pre-workout meal

The food you eat has a direct correlation to how you're going to feel on a daily basis

Eating whole foods like I listed above will improve recovery, increase libido, and improve mood and cognitive function

You're right on the money about cholesterol being "bad" as debunked
I have high cholesterol and my bloodwork shows I'm the healthiest I've ever been
Don't let mainstream media fool you. They want you sick and weak so they can profit off your sickness for decades in your final years having to be medicated

Thanks for sharing this. I will have to modify my diet from today. I don't know how to calculate the calories intake.

But I will see what I can do.

Please tell me what to add to my diet.
You have got some answers already.
But here is a sample of what I'm eating.

I usually eat 7 + 7 eggs with this as well.
I also supplement because I know I do not get all the nutrients with my diet. My diet isnot perfect. I eat once per day or twice. Food is expensive so I try to maximize it.

When you say 7+7 eggs, you mean 14 eggs daily right? When you say you supplement, it means you are taking supplement that has the other nutrients your body needs, correct?
