I'm doing streching from a couple of months and i felt that my penis is no more fully relaxed as it was before pe. Fact is that i don't know why but my penis tissue seems always hard also when flaccid so it is a little bit difficult to do a good stretching routine and felt the fatigue. Just to finish, with the stretcher i make no progress, my penis stretched is always the same so maybe i'm working for nothing. Any suggestion?
 
Heal period for the penis. If you started out doing your routine DAILY and are a newbie your penis has yet to heal, at all. You want to give it a few days off in the beginning just to allow it to heal so you don't create problems.


Take about a week or so off and also warm-up/down if you're not already.
 
Maybe it's about stretch intensity...did you pulled hard enough to feel the burn in the base, that is very important. Do some adjustment if you think your penis is used to it, you must feel burning near the base, that is the signal that stretch ' worked'
 
You have a few options that you can exploit.

(a) Try more advanced stretches such as the DLD Blaster, bundled stretches and what not.

(b) Try hanging. Your penis will always become acclimated to the stress you place upon it. In hanging, you simply just up the weight to overcome this obstacle.

Either way, look at a gymnast. And idk about you but there is no way in hell I could do the splits (intentionally lol). But after years of stretching a gymnast can teabag the floor without a second thought. Think of how stretched those ligs must be!

Stretch, Heal, add pressure - stretch heal, add pressure, etc. etc.
