I found this quite interesting so decided to give it a post. It's taken off a well known UK TV program and is an interview of a guy that has had penis surgery, he also has his surgeon there that gives some info on effects etc.
To explain, the guy in question explains that he was always happy with his size but feels that the adult industry and the celebrity scene has made guys become a lot more self conscious about their size. He covers that he originally went to have liposuction and his surgeon explained that they can use the excess fat put somewhere else in the body, the post popular being to add girth to the penis, which he opted to do.
One of the most surprising things was the surgeon. When interviewed I expected a tailored sales pitch, but he was fairly honest. He explains that the two types of surgery are to inject fat into the penis to increase girth and to cut the ligs to increase length. With the girth he explains that once injected, over the next two years some of the fat will be re-absorbed back into the body so you will lose some of the initial results. He claims most surgeons will offer free top ups over that two year period.
He then covers lengthening. He explains the process of cutting the ligs and explains that the biggest risk is that some surgeons cut too much of the lig and that's when erection quality is damaged and makes it so you have around 80% EQ. He sells himself slightly by explaining that a good surgeon (like himself) will leave some of it intact to remain a solid EQ. The most eye opening part was to be aware that you are expected to gain between 1" to 1.25" but this will be flaccid and you are offered no guarantees that this will be converted to erect length.
Anyway the links at the bottom of the post but it's quite a good watch and I was surprised to see the surgeon being so honest, I mean don't get me wrong he still makes some 'false' claims saying there is no negative effects to surgery etc. Was also interesting to see that he claims that he has seen a 45% increase in 2011 for penis enlargement and performs 4/5 operations per week.
