I increased the stretching time to 60s.
10 minutes Bundled Stretch
60 minutes ADS after the routine to heal in a bundled stretched state. Since it gets longer in this way.
I will keep the diary updated.
Took 9 days off. Tomorrow I want to continue the routine.
I measured after this off time and I measured longer.
FS at 7,3'' and BPEL at 6.7''.
Since with rest I've noticed a small gain, should I take days off during the week?
How should I modify the training in matter of rest?
I did 3 months and still at baseline 16.5cm BP.
Think I'm gonna accept my size.
Hey DLD,Do not settle my friend! How about trying something different then your doing? It’s never smart to give up because everybody can gain but there are differences between people that may need to be taken into consideration when putting together a routine. Some men need much more intensity than others or they need to apply different exercises. But there’s always a reason why somebody is not gaining. So the first thing to figure out is why you’re not gaining. If you could give me your exact work out what you’re doing how long etc. I can help you find out where you’re going wrong and what you can do to make it right. We don’t give up you’re my friend!
