Is it safe to still stretch or do girth work while you're sore from the last workout? I hate skipping days, but i don't wanna cause an injury
 
Stretching can not be overdone if you are flaccid. If sore you can stretch through the soreness. Girth, on the other hand, takes rest. For me I need 24 hours between girth routines.

shit for me it's kinda hard to stretch through the pain cause it's so bad the next day, but i'd like to do it anyway
